These terms cover the website the01.app. The 01 app is in development and not available yet; its own terms, including subscriptions, will be published before launch. Subscriptions will be sold through Apple's App Store under Apple's terms.

An introduction to 01. The app screens shown are designs and may change before launch. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a promise of a feature or date.
Our content
The 01 name and mark, the designs, text and images on this site belong to Salimehmed Niyazi, the independent creator of 01, or the respective rights holders. You may link to any page. Please do not copy the content, the mark or the designs for your own use without asking.
No warranty
We keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it is always error-free or online.
Liability
We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence, and for harm to life, body or health. Otherwise, as far as the law allows, we are not liable for using this informational website. Your mandatory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live still apply.
